Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to Thailand King Maha Vajiralongkorn as the country celebrates National Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“Your country has a well-deserved reputation on the international arena, it plays a significant role in multilateral organizations of Southeast Asia, primarily ASEAN, and makes a great contribution to resolving global and regional issues. I confirm the readiness of the Republic of Belarus to intensify Belarus-Thailand cooperation in politics, trade and economy, expand business and humanitarian contacts, and develop constructive interaction on international platforms,” the message of congratulations reads.

The head of state wished the King of Thailand good health and the fulfillment of all his plans, and the Thai people happiness and success.
