The second building of the regional Palace of Children and Youth opened in Vitebsk today after renovation.

The event was attended by the chairman of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee Nikolai Sherstnev, the assistant to the President - inspector for the Vitebsk region Anatoly Linevich, the chairman of Vitebsk City Executive Committee Vadim Zaryankin, representatives of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee and the City Executive Committee, the pedagogical team of the educational institution and the children involved in it.
